By accessing this website and purchasing products from Musician of All Trades you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site, nor may you purchase any of the products available by Musician of All Trades. The materials contained in this course are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Musician of All Trades website for personal, non-commercial private viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
      1. modify or copy the materials;
      2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
      3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Musician of All Trades web site;
      4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
      5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Musician of All Trades at any time. 5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Musician of All Trades website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Musician of All Trades does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Musician of All Trades may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Musician of All Trades does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials. It is your responsibility to review the Terms on an ongoing basis to maintain compliance.

Musician of All Trades has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Musician of All Trades of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Musician of All Trades may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use and you will be responsible to review these terms on an ongoing basis.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to and against Musician Of All Trades and its related entities and website shall be governed by the laws, choice of Laws, venue and Jurisdiction of Wayne County, State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

9. Relationship of Parties

It is understood by you that you are a Customer or Licensee only. Musician Of All Trades will not provide any fringe benefits, insurance, vacation or otherwise upon your becoming a member. Any and all of your family, staff employees and associates shall be bound to the same terms as you under this agreement.

10. Refund Policy

We  want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase and offer various refund policies on all of the different courses we offer.

Refund Policy for “Branding & Content Creation for Musicians”
For the “Branding & Content Creation for Musicians” course, if you’ve put in the time and effort to complete the course workbook and implement the course strategies and find it’s not working for you, we offer a 30-day refund policy as detailed below:

Whether you purchased the course through the one-time payment or the payment plan option, if you wish to request a refund, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase (no later than 11:59pm ET on the 30th day) to let us know you’d like a refund. Within with your email request for a refund you must submit proof of your completed coursework and the additional details listed below

  • Screenshots or scans of ALL completed course workbook exercises
  • Links to your social media page(s) that show consistent posts following the strategies from the course
  • Screenshot of your Master Content List filled out with at least 1 full week of posting that corresponds to your social media page(s)


You will not be granted a refund if you do not submit your proof of completed coursework by the 30th day of your purchase. Musician of All Trades, in its sole discretion, may issue a full refund if the conditions listed above are met. We take your investment with us seriously, and want you to take our investment with you seriously as well.

Refund Policy for “Audio Recording & Production 101” and “Distributing Your Music” 
For the “Audio recording & Production 101” and “Distributing Your Music” courses, we offer a 14 day refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund to our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase (no later than 11:59pm ET on the 14th day). You will not be granted a refund if you do not submit your request for a refund by the 14th day of your purchase.

Only purchases made directly from Musician Of All Trades will qualify for this refund policy.

11. Enforcement

In the event Musician Of All Trades must enforce any breach of these terms and conditions it will be entitled to recovery of a reasonable attorneys fees and Court costs associated with such recovery.

 

12. Consent

Upon purchasing a course from Musician Of All Trades, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters. You also consent to allowing your personal information to be used in a “look-a-like” audience for Facebook advertising algorithms to find new prospective customers with similar likes and interests.
